Today’s topic is the AI-Writer writing tool.

What is AI-Writer?

AI-Writer is an AI writing software that uses artificial intelligence to help users generate text. It can be used for a variety of purposes, such as writing articles, blog posts, and even creative writing.

Let’s do this. 

Signing Up And Logging In

Signing up for AI-Writer is easy. All you need to do is: 

• Click the START FREE TRIAL button at the top right of the website 
• Fill out the fields of what you want to write about and your email address 
• Create a password

and away we go!

Writing an Article with AI-Writer

Once I signed in, AI-Writer went to work on churning out an article with the topic I wanted to write about while signing up.. 

One thing to take notice is that it shows you the sources of the article information, which is pretty cool. 

However, the uniqueness of the article is up for debate. I ran the below snip through 2 plagiarism checkers; one clocked a 42 per cent plagiarism, the other 0. 

Not to mention the AI detector clocked 100 percent AI content. 

As usual, there is nary an AI writer out there that will churn out 100 percent non-AI content. Gotta love the manual fixing. 

There is also a 3-step wizard you can use to write your content. 

To use the 3-step-Wizard is as follows: 

• Input what topic you want to write about 
• Choose the number of words you want your article to be, click the WRITE ARTICLE button

Choose which keywords you want (as seen below) 

Choose your subtopics. 

Choose the number of words to write about each subtopic. 

Finally, click the “Done! WRITE ARTICLE!” button. 

Done! 

Editing Your Article in AI-Writer

AI-Writer has a simple SEO editing platform in which you can tweak your article to what you consider acceptable. It even has a point system for you to optimize your article for SEO.

The main interface is very simplistic. What you see is the main article writing interface. You can also rewrite text and discover subtopics.

Described as it sounds. 

Subtopic Discovery

This is a cool feature I like. Simply input the topic you want to find subtopics on and the below comes up. (There were plenty of subtopics.) 

Choose the subtopic you want to write about, input your word count, and separate articles will be written about each. 

NOTE: This can only be done with English words. 

Publishing to WordPress

AI-Writer has a cool feature in which you can publish your article directly into WordPress. However, there are a few steps you need to take in order to do so.

After you finish the necessary steps (FYI, I had issues with connecting due to a Wordfence setting, you may have issues due to this, if not other plugins. Fun.) 

So now that you’ve done that, it should like this: 

To publish your AI-Writers to WordPress, start by clicking on the green cloud icon on the right. 

Select the articles you want published and hit the button on the lower right corner of the screen. 

And welp, my articles didn’t take, which leads us to…

(PS–As of the publishing of this review I still couldn’t get the WordPress publishing feature to work.)

Help and Support

You can contact AI-Writer’s help and support through email. Unfortunately, that is the only way you can do so right now. 

I emailed customer support about the WordPress publishing issue. It took a couple of days before I got a reply from them. I followed up as it had two more days had passed but at the time of writing this article, I have not heard back from them. No bueno. 

What I Like About AI-Writer

• The SEO optimizer. 
• Being able to write several articles about your chosen subtopics. 

What I Dislike About AI-Writer

• It doesn’t have all the bells and whistles of other AI writing software. 
• You can only use email for help and support. 
• English only. 

Do I Recommend AI-Writer?

This is a toss-up for me. I like how the articles are uniquely written (depending on which plagiarism checker you use. I use Quetext, which is a very picky sucker.) and you can use it to write separate articles about subtopics. 

If you want straight, no-BS type articles written, I recommend it. 

If you are looking for things like product descriptions, social media captions, and the like, AI-Writer does not offer it. 

However, the lack of reply to my support query left me with a bad taste in my mouth. If the help and support were more timely I would give it much higher marks. 

Final Thoughts

AI-Writer has decent potential. However, if you are a fan of the ChatGPT-esque prompts to write articles you may not like it. 

As far as article writing is concerned, AI-Writer is rather spartan with no frills and quite easy to use. 

As I mentioned, help and support leave something to be desired, but if they can get more timely I would highly recommend it.
